Exploring our supreme up to 25,000 sq. ft. indoor play park is the perfect option for getting active and having fun with the whole family.  Billy Beez provides a seamless,  stress-free birthday party experience for boys, girls, teens, and even the adults can have a blast! Unlike any other party place, our party packages allow guests all day access to our park, and are customizable to meet your requirements. Our guests enjoy access to our slides, tunnels, ball pit/ballistics arena, sports courts, and a Mini Beez area which is perfect for our smaller guests.  Additional attractions such as the Honeycomb Village, trampolines, and arcade games are available as an additional add-on for more FUN!

  • How do I book a party?

    There are many ways to book your party reservation at Billy Beez;  Choose the best package for you and click "BOOK A PARTY";   you may also speak with our live party/events representative by calling our party/events hotline at  347-640-1126; Or you may also come in and  Book in-store  at your Billy Beez location. A 50% deposit is required to book your event.

  • What is the minimum/maximum number of children I can have at my party?

    At Billy Beez, our party packages start at a 10 child minimum. Maximum amount varies per store. Please contact your local Billy Beez and press option 1 to speak to one of our party specialists for further detail.

  • Can I include more than one birthday child?

    Yes! At Billy Beez, you may include as many birthday children in your package. Each child would count towards your total number of guests.

  • Is the birthday child free?

    All guests ( including the birthday child) count towards the number in your party including the birthday child. Our packages include one free adult admission for every paid child.

  • Do I have to pay for my infant?

    Infants between the ages of 0-11 months old are free and do not count as paid guests.

  • How early can I arrive for my birthday party?

    Birthday party packages at Billy Beez include all day access to our park.  We recommend arriving at least 1 hour prior to your room service time, so that you and your guests can go through the check in process. We find that most of our guests arrive 1 ½ to 2 hours prior to their scheduled room time as most of the guests want to play first however you may arrive as early as you like. We only ask that the host of the party checks in first as we do not allow any party guests to enter until the host has arrived. * Please note party room is available to reserved party guests at the contracted room service time only.

  • What am I allowed to bring to my party? What do I need to bring?

    Our goal at Billy Beez is to provide our clients with a stress free planning from start to finish! Pick a package and Billy Beez will do the rest. We have several packages to suit all of our client’s needs and packages will come with everything you need to have the perfect party for your child.

    Allowed items are nut free cakes/cupcakes/desserts, goody bag, cupcakes toppers, party hats and balloons. Some facilities do not allow balloons in their malls so please double check with the location your party is booked for. * Please note Billy Beez is not responsible for handling/storing personal party items such as cakes, birthday presents, goody bags.

  • Do I get a private party host?

    A private party host comes with all our packages. Our party hosts are there to ensure your party is successfully executed from start to finish! Our trained party hosts will have your room set up prior to your service time and will do all the clean up when your party is over. They will assist in ensuring the birthday child and party guests are provided with exceptional service and that your party is a success!

  • What is your refund/cancellation policy?

    Once you have booked your party reservation the deposit becomes non-refundable. If you do not want to re-book your event and decide to cancel your party your deposit will be forfeited.  Billy Beez does reserve the right to re-schedule your party if staff or guests are unable to safely arrive to the facility due to severe weather or if any extenuating circumstance prohibits us from hosting your event. As a courtesy, for canceled party reservations, Billy Beez will hold your party deposit paid for up to one year from when deposit was paid where your party deposit can be used for future dated (up to one year) party reservations.

  • Can I change the time/date of my party?

    We understand that things come up and allow you to change your party date / time with no penalty. You may change your party date and time with at least 7 days’ notice.

  • When will I receive my digital invitations?

    Your digital invitations will arrive in your email within 48-72 hours from the time your reservation is received or can be downloaded from our website www.billybeezus.com

  • Is there a place to hold our items/presents before the party?

    We do have lockers in most facilities to hold personal items.  Billy Beez is not responsible for personal items , presents, etc.

  • Can we bring outside food?

    We allow the host of one of our party packages to bring in a cake however due we do not allow any outside food or drinks.  We are a nut free environment and ask that your cake /cupcakes/dessert is nut free as well. We do have a catering menu that you may order additional food and drinks for your party.  Day of event party food can only be ordered through our café. For party-food/catering cut off times to add food from our catering menu please contact the location of your party 48 hours prior to your party.

  • Can I bring in a cake?

    Yes!  As a host of a party package you may bring in a nut free cake/cupcakes/dessert. Please be advised you may not bring in a cake/cupcakes/dessert if you have not reserved a party package in any of our facilities. If Billy Beez is requested to hold and handle your cake this is done as a courtesy and Billy Beez accepts no responsibility for losses or damages to the cake.

  • Can I order food for my party?

    We offer a catering menu for our parties and suggest ordering food while making your initial reservation. If you are unsure of your guest counts don’t worry! Our party staff will contact you to confirm your party 48 hours prior to your event and you will have the option to finalize your food order.

    You do have the option to order on the day of your party, however not all items from our menu can be ordered the same day of your event. We do suggest pre-ordering your food and adding to your contract so it will be ready in time for your event!

  • When do you need my final head count?

    We typically need 48-72 hours to add additional guests.  Decreasing your guest count must be done within 2 weeks of your reservation. Adding guests the day of the event (child or adult) will incur a 20% sur charge.

  • Can I change my package?

    You may change your party date, time, package and decrease guest count up until 2 weeks prior to your event.

  • Can we bring outside entertainment?

    We do not allow outside entertainment, characters or radios in our facility. We have age appropriate music in all locations and have our in house mascot Billy that can provide additional fun for your party!

    Be sure to add a Meet and Greet to your party package!

  • Can I use the return admission tickets at a different location?

    Yes.  Free return admission tickets that come in our Queenie and Billy packages can be used in any Billy Beez location in the US. The return admission tickets will be loaded on to your Billy Beez account and can be retrieved by the name and phone number provided to us at registration.  The admission tickets do not expire and will be removed from your account at time of redemption.

  • Do we need to wear socks?

    Yes. Children and adults utilizing any of our equipment must wear Billy Beez socks not shoes.  Billy Beez socks can be purchased for $2.99 at our admission counter.

Disclaimer for Parties

Billy Beez Socks required and are available for purchase.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book a party. If you cancel the party with less than a 72 hour notice, we will work with you to find another date and time to host your party. If you are not sure of rescheduling date, we will hold the deposit for one year from original date of party. If you choose to cancel at a later date you will forfeit the full deposit. The remainder of the payment is due the day of the party. Final Payments must be paid in cash or credit only, NO Checks will be accepted.

No changes can be made to the finalized contract on the day of the event. Any guests added within 24 hours or the day of event will incur a 20% sur charge for each guest.

Check-in is required 1 hour prior to the room service time. No guests will be allowed in the park until balance of the payment is paid.

Billy Beez has a strict NO OUTSIDE FOOD policy. Host is allowed to bring in a cake, Billy Beez accepts no responsibility for losses or damages to the cake.

Weather: We reserve the right to cancel the event, if staff or guests are unable to safely arrive to the facility due to severe weather circumstances.
