• I am looking to host the best birthday party for my child. Why should I choose Billy Beez?

• How do I book a party?

  Let's get this Party started!

  There are many ways to book your party at Billy Beez; Choose your favorite package and click "BOOK NOW"; you may also speak with our live party representative by calling our party hotline at  347-640-1126; Or simply visit your local Billy Beez and  Book in-store.

• What is a good time to call in advance for a party?

  To ensure you get the time and date you prefer, we would recommend booking your party at least 2 weeks before the event. The easiest way to book a party is to book online through our website. Simply click "BOOK NOW" or call to speak with our friendly party specialists at 347-640-1126!

  A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• What are the waivers?

  The waivers outline the risks associated with participating in any of our activities in any of our Billy Beez parks. We require waivers to be filled out for each person (players and chaperones) before they are allowed to enter and participate on any of our attractions.

  *Billy Beez requires a waiver for each person entering the facilities.

• Where can I get the waivers?

  We recommend that parents sign waivers for their children on our website in advance so that it will automatically be in our system when they arrive.

  Every guest wishing to enter Billy Beez whether or not participating in our attractions are required to sign a waiver. Waivers only need to be signed one time and is good for 6 months.

• Are waivers required for all of my party guests?

  Yes. All guests entering and participating as part of your reserved party are required to complete an online waiver. We recommend completing you and your guests complete our online waiver in advance so that there are no delays during the individual check in process.

  *Billy Beez requires a waiver for each person entering the facilities.

• What is the deposit amount?

  The deposit amount is 50% of the party price and due at the time of booking. The deposit is applied to the final bill upon host arrival to finalize party formalities. You can book a party any time online by clicking the BOOK NOW button.

• How early can I arrive for my birthday party?

  We will start setting up your Party room 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. so feel free to have your guests arrive around that time. If they arrive any earlier, your room or table may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours. We ask the host to arrive at least 1 hour prior to party start time in order to finalize formalities.

• What am I allowed to bring to my party? What do I need to bring?

  Feel free to bring a Birthday Cake, cupcakes, presents, and most importantly the birthday child! Our Honey Café offers a wide selection of food, snacks, beverages, and desserts. All other items can be purchased through the park. We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers. Billy Beez is a nut-free facility.

• Do we get a party host?

  Yes, you will have a Party Host that will take care of everything you need. They will also be assisting other parties at the same time, similar to a waiter/waitress environment.

• How is my party ran? What is the schedule of the party?

  It is suggested that the host arrive at least one hour prior to party room time to check in and to finalize your party reservation. Billy Beez will begin to set up the party room 15 mins prior to party room time. It is suggested that your guests begin to arrive at this time. Room will be available to guests from the scheduled time of the party.

  Party starts strictly at contracted scheduled party time.

  1-5 minutes: identifying and greeting the Party Organizer to discuss the 120 or 90 minutes of the party* (*varies by party package selected.)

  30—45 mins into the party, the contracted package and any additional food will be brought in and food will be served to the kids. (*please note any additional food order that was not placed by the FRIDAY prior to your reservation will have to be ordered by the party organizer at our Honey Café – during first come, first serve service. We cannot guarantee that food orders placed on the party day will be served with the included party food during the room service time.)

  The party organizers and guests have 40-55 mins in the room for food, openings presents and take pictures.
  5 mins before the end of contracted room time, staff starts cleaning the room to ensure that next party starts on time.

  The guests have entire day till closing to enjoy and explore the park after the room time ends.

• What is the maximum number of guests I can have at our party?

  We do not have a maximum. All of our packages include 10 children and 10 accompanying adults. If your party grows to larger than 26 guests, an additional room may be required to accommodate your guests, additional fees may apply. Please contact our friendly party specialists by calling 347-640-1126 to assist you with the booking process.

• Does the 10 kids include the birthday child?

  Yes, the birthday child is included in the 10 kids. Our packages include ONE FREE ADULT admission for every paid child. You can BOOK A PARTY any time on our website and customize your party to meet your needs and budget.

• How many kids will one pizza serve?

  Pizza's have approximately 8-10 slices each. If you are approximating 2 slices per person, one pizza should feed 4 to 5 people. For all party packages, the pizza orders must be placed by 12pm the Friday prior to your party. Apart from a Birthday cake or cupcakes, we do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers. Our Honey Café offers a wide selection of food, snacks, beverages, and desserts.

• Do I need to call back to give you my pizza order and final head count? When do you need that info?

  We encourage that you place your pizza order at the time of initial booking. Both our online booking system and our call center will allow you to do this. Any required additions need to be finalized by 12pm the Friday prior to your party. We will contact you 3-5 days before your party to confirm your guest count and to confirm the food add-on's. We update your party with whatever you need and email you back a confirmation reflecting the changes.

• What else can I add to my party package?

  We have a great selection of food and kids favorite branded merchandise that you can choose to add-on to your selected package.

• Can I bring in a cake?

  Yes, of course, a baked dessert item is fine! Just as long as there is no ice cream or ice cream cake. We will start setting up your Party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you arrive any earlier, your room may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours. Unfortunately we do not have a way to hold your cake.

• Can we bring our own pizza or outside food or drinks?

  Our Honey Café offers a wide selection of food, snacks, beverages, and desserts. We will contact you a few days before your party to get your pizza order if you do not know it at the time of booking. For all our locations, all pizza orders must be placed by 12pm the Friday prior to your party. We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers; only your birthday cake, cupcakes are permitted with a booked party.

• Can I bring my own decorations/plates/napkins?

  Billy Beez party packages include the Kids favorite Billy Beez themed decorations only.

  For any guests who would like to bring your own themed decorations, plates and napkins, feel free to do so, however please note that self- decorations are only allowed during the contracted party room time.

  Billy Beez cannot decorate the party room anytime outside of the contracted party room time at the customer request. There will be no extensions prior to and after the contracted party room time to make up for customer decorating.

• Is Ice cream ok to bring?

  Unfortunately we do not have a way to keep the ice cream from melting and we do not allow outside coolers. We do however offer Mini Melts* Ice Cream and other cold treats at the park.

• Is there a place to put presents?

  Yes, in the Party Rooms we have tables for presents. We will start setting up your Party room 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you arrive any earlier, your room or table may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours.

• Do you have invitations?

  Yes, party invitations are on our website underneath the birthday tab at the bottom of the page when you scroll down. We also email your digital invitations within 48 hours of your party booking.

• Can I add additional guests on the day of the event?

  Additional guests refers to any person joining and participating in your birthday party after the final payment has been completed during the host's check in process. Additional party guest tickets are available for purchase at the admission desk.

• Can you pencil me in and hold that party spot so I can run the info over with my husband/wife, and give you a call back to give you my deposit?

  Due to the overwhelming popularity of our party packages, our spots are filling up quickly. We cannot pencil anyone in, however as soon as you are ready to book, you can go online and book your party any time by clicking the BOOK NOW link or call to speak with our friendly party specialists at 347-640-1126! A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Do you do parties on weekdays?

  Yes! Parties at Billy Beez can happen 7 days a week! Weekday parties are great for families who prefer a calmer experience. You can book a party any time online by clicking the BOOK NOW button or call to speak with our friendly party specialists at 347-640-1126!

• Does each child at the party get a free Billy Beez birthday star t-shirt?

  With every Billy Beez party package, the Birthday Star will receive a Billy Beez birthday t-shirt to make their day special. Our kids favorite Billy Beez branded t-shirts are available for purchase at the admission desk.

• Can I use the Ultimate Primary and Ultimate Secondary bounceback entitlements at a different location?

  Yes.  The Free Ultimate Primary bounceback included in our Ultimate & Deluxe package can be used in any Billy Beez location in the US. The Ultimate Secondary bounceback offer for your guests are redeemable at the location where issued. The bounceback admissions will be loaded on to your Billy Beez account and can be retrieved by the name and phone number provided to us at registration. 

• What is your cancellation policy?

  Birthday Parties: a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a birthday party. Once you have booked your party reservation the deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice will be accommodated with a date and time adjustment. If you are not sure of rescheduling date, we will hold the deposit for one year from original date of party. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will forfeit the full deposit. 

• Do I have to pay for my infant?

  Infants between the ages of 0-11 months old are FREE and do not count as paid guests as long as they are accompanying a paid child.

• Is there an age limit?

  Children Ages 1-17 can enjoy our park with an accompanying adult. Our equipment is designed for various ages and should be used based on ability level. Attractions vary by location.

• Do we need to wear socks?

  Billy Beez socks are included in all our birthday party packages for the child guests. For all playing adults, Billy Beez socks can be purchased for $3.19 at our admission counter.

Group Faqs

• How do I book a group event?

  You can book your group reservation by calling our events hotline 347-640-1126. Group reservations must be made in advance.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your event.

• What is the minimum/maximum number of toddlers (ages 1-3yrs)/children (ages 4-17) are required to book a group reservation?

  At Billy Beez, our group reservations start at a 20 toddler/child minimum. Maximum amount varies per store. Please contact your local Billy Beez and press option 1 to speak to one of our party specialists for further detail.

• How many adults are required to chaperone my group event?

  Billy Beez requires all groups to provide 1 free chaperone for every 6 children and 1 free chaperone for every 4 toddlers. Billy Beez has right to cancel the group if required number of chaperones are not accompanied on the day of event. Additional adult prices vary by location.

• What are the waivers?

  The group event organizer (the person booking the group reservation) will be emailed a dedicated link within 24 hours of the booking confirmation. This dedicated link will contain the waiver specific to your group event. The group event organizer must email the link to all participants/attendees – players and adult chaperones to complete in advance prior to the event day.

• Are waivers required for all attendees of my group event?

  Yes. In order for us to accommodate the large group, we require the online waiver process to be completed 24 hours BEFORE the arrival of your group.

  Billy Beez will not grant entry to any player/chaperone of the group if an online waiver has not been completed prior to the group arrival.

  The group event organizer (the person booking the group reservation) will be emailed a dedicated link within 24 hours of the booking confirmation. This dedicated link will contain the waiver specific to your group event. The group event organizer must email the link to all participants/attendees – players and adult chaperones to complete in advance prior to the event day.

• Do I get a private room?

  Private rooms are available starting at $100 per hour.

• What is your refund/cancellation policy?

  Once you have booked your group reservation the deposit becomes non-refundable. If you do not want to re-book your event and decide to cancel your group reservation, your deposit will be forfeited.  Billy Beez does reserve the right to re-schedule your group reservation if staff or guests are unable to safely arrive to the facility due to severe weather or if any extenuating circumstance prohibits us from hosting your event.

• Can I change the time/date of my Group?

  We understand that things come up and allow you to change your group reservation date / time with no penalty. You may change your group date and time with at least 7 days’ notice.

• Can we bring outside food?

  We allow groups to purchase a self-catered package (Hive group) which must include $100 per hour private room rental.

• Can I order food for my party?

  We offer a catering menu for select locations that offer our Honey package.

• When do you need my final head count?

  We typically need 48-72 hours to add additional guests.  Decreasing your guest count must be done within 2 weeks of your reservation.

• Can I change my package?

  You may change your group date, time, package and decrease guest count up until 2 weeks prior to your event.

• Do we need to wear socks?

  Yes. Children and adults utilizing any of our equipment must wear socks not shoes. Billy Beez socks can be purchased for $3.19 at our admission counter.
