Disclaimer for Parties
Billy Beez socks required and are available for purchase.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book a party. Cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice will be accommodated with a date and time adjustment. If you are not sure of rescheduling date, we will hold the deposit for one year from original date of party. Cancellations with less than 72 hour’s notice will forfeit the full deposit. The remainder of the payment is due the day of the party. Final Payments must be paid in cash or credit only, NO Checks will be accepted.
No changes can be made to the finalized contract on the day of the event. Any guests added within 24 hours or the day of event will incur a 20% sur charge for each guest.
Check-in is required 1 hour prior to the room service time. No guests will be allowed in the park until balance of the payment is paid.
Billy Beez has a strict NO OUTSIDE FOOD policy. Host is allowed to bring in a cake, Billy Beez accepts no responsibility for losses or damages to the cake.
Weather: We reserve the right to cancel the event, if staff or guests are unable to safely arrive to the facility due to severe weather circumstances.

How do I book a group event?
You can book your group reservation by calling our events hotline 347-640-1126. Group reservations must be made in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your event.

What is the minimum/maximum number of chilren are required to book a group reservation?
At Billy Beez, our group reservations start at a 20 child minimum. Maximum amount varies per store. Please contact your local Billy Beez and press option 1 to speak to one of our party specialists for further detail.

How many adults are required to chaperone my group event?
Billy Beez requires all groups to provide 1 free chaperone for every 6 children (ages 4-17) and 1 free chaperone for every 4 toddlers (ages 1-3). Billy Beez has right to cancel the group if required number of chaperones are not accompanied on the day of event. Additional adult prices vary by location.

What are the waivers?
The waivers outline the risks associated with participating in any of our activities in any of our Billy Beez parks. We require waivers to be filled out for each person (players and chaperones) before they are allowed to enter and participate on any of our attractions.

Where can I get the waivers?
The group event organizer (the person booking the group reservation) will be emailed a dedicated link within 24 hours of the booking confirmation. This dedicated link will contain the waiver specific to your group event. The group event organizer must email the link to all participants/attendees – players and adult chaperones to complete in advance prior to the event day.

Are waivers required for all attendees of my group event?
Yes. In order for us to accommodate the large group, we require the online waiver process to be completed 24 hours BEFORE the arrival of your group.
Billy Beez will not grant entry to any player/chaperone of the group if an online waiver has not been completed prior to the group arrival.

Do I get a private room?
Private rooms are available starting at $100 per hour.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Once you have booked your group reservation the deposit becomes non-refundable. If you do not want to re-book your event and decide to cancel your group reservation, your deposit will be forfeited. Billy Beez does reserve the right to re-schedule your group reservation if staff or guests are unable to safely arrive to the facility due to severe weather or if any extenuating circumstance prohibits us from hosting your event.

Can I change the time/date of my Group?
We understand that things come up and allow you to change your group reservation date / time with no penalty. You may change your group date and time with at least 7 days’ notice.

Can we bring outside food?
We allow groups to purchase a self-catered package (Hive group) which must include $100 per hour private room rental.

Can I order food for my party?
We offer a catering menu for select locations that offer our Honey package.

When do you need my final head count?
We typically need 48-72 hours to add additional guests. Decreasing your guest count must be done within 2 weeks of your reservation.

Can I change my package?
You may change your group date, time, package and decrease guest count up until 2 weeks prior to your event.

Do we need to wear socks?
Yes. Children and adults utilizing any of our equipment must wear socks not shoes. Billy Beez socks can be purchased for $3.19 at our admission counter.
