A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
Accepted methods of payment: cash, credit/debit card and check (subject to guidelines below)
Checks: deposit payments made by check must be received within 14 days of your booking. Check deposits are only accepted for events minimum 14 days out.
If you have paid in full at booking, no additional payment is required. Please check in at the front desk with your reservation details for access to the facility.
If you have paid a deposit at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due on or before the day of the field trip.

Tax exemption will be applied to your field trip contract after receiving your organization’s tax exemption certificate.
Email your tax-exempt certificate to bbgroupsales@usbillybeez.com within 14 days of booking.
Submit your certificate only once if it has a current valid date; Billy Beez will keep it on file for future bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable.
For cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice, we will gladly accommodate rescheduling and hold your deposit for one year if a new date is not determined immediately.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event date will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.
If weather conditions or acts of God lead to facility closure, we will reschedule your event.
Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to contracted event start time to complete check-in.
Adult chaperones must help with distributing and applying wristbands to participating children to expedite check-in.
All participants (children and adults) must wear a valid wristband on their wrist or ankle throughout the event.
Billy Beez requires one Filed Trip provided Counselor for every 6 children and one for every 4 toddlers on field trips.
Counselors are provided at no cost, as stipulated.
All Billy Beez Field Trips require minimum 1 Senior Counselor / Adult (over the age of 18) as part of the required number of accompanying Counselors. No individual below the age of 16 will be considered as a Counselor.
Counselors must familiarize themselves with posted safety signs upon arrival and actively monitor all participants to ensure safety rules are followed.
Counselors are responsible for supervising children throughout the field trip and must remain on-site for the entire duration.
It is the responsibility of Counselors to understand the activities their children are participating in and ensure these activities are within the children’s capabilities.
Billy Beez does not assess the physical or mental abilities of guests. Therefore, Counselors must stay close enough to ensure children’s safe play and prevent potential injuries.

We offer multiple upgrade options that can make your event even more special! Whether you’re interested in self-catering or Billy Beez catering, we’ve got you covered.
No outside food or drinks are permitted inside the facility unless specified otherwise in the contract. For upgrade options please see below.
Hive Package upgrade: Ideal for organizations that wish to self-cater their event by bringing their own lunch or snack.
Upgrade price:
$100 which includes 1 hour of Private Room use or
$175 which includes Full Event length of Private Room use
Self-catered meals must be consumed in the designated private room during the reservation period
Event pricing and Private Room time is calculated on the basis of 3 hour events. In the event of an expected longer Field Trip exceeding 3 hours, additional charges may apply.
Private room reservation is required for all Field Trips exceeding 80 participants

Honey Package Upgrade: Ideal for organizations that prefer to cater their event through Billy Beez by selecting food, snacks and drinks from the Honey Café Menu.

$100 which includes 1 hour of Private Room use or

Any Food order exceeding $150 will give a $100 credit against the cost of the Private Room
Only food that has been pre-booked as part of the field trip contract will be served during your event.

We’re excited to let you know that Billy Beez socks are included for all our contracted participants, as stipulated in your event contract.
No shoes are permitted on any play areas.
All players must wear Billy Beez socks at all times; bare feet are not allowed.
Additional Billy Beez socks can be purchased at our admission desk.
