We recommend that parents sign waivers for their children on our website in advance so that it will automatically be in our system when they arrive.

Every guest wishing to enter Billy Beez whether or not participating in our attractions are required to sign a waiver. Waivers only need to be signed one time and is good for 6 months.

Yes. All guests entering and participating as part of your reserved party are required to complete an online waiver. We recommend completing you and your guests complete our online waiver in advance so that there are no delays during the individual check in process.

We will start setting up your Party room 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. so feel free to have your guests arrive around that time. If they arrive any earlier, your room or table may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours. We ask the host to arrive at least 1 hour prior to party start time in order to finalize formalities.

Feel free to bring a Birthday Cake, cupcakes, presents, and most importantly the birthday child! Our Honey Café offers a wide selection of food, snacks, beverages, and desserts. All other items can be purchased through the park. We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers. Billy Beez is a nut-free facility.

Yes, you will have a Party Host that will take care of everything you need. They will also be assisting other parties at the same time, similar to a waiter/waitress environment.

It is suggested that the host arrive at least one hour prior to party room time to check in and to finalize your party reservation. Billy Beez will begin to set up the party room 15 mins prior to party room time. It is suggested that your guests begin to arrive at this time. Room will be available to guests from the scheduled time of the party.

Party starts strictly at contracted scheduled party time.

1-5 minutes: identifying and greeting the Party Organizer to discuss the 120 or 90 minutes of the party* (*varies by party package selected.)

30—45 mins into the party, the contracted package and any additional food will be brought in and food will be served to the kids. (*please note any additional food order that was not placed by the FRIDAY prior to your reservation will have to be ordered by the party organizer at our Honey Café – during first come, first serve service. We cannot guarantee that food orders placed on the party day will be served with the included party food during the room service time.)

The party organizers and guests have 40-55 mins in the room for food, openings presents and take pictures.

5 mins before the end of contracted room time, staff starts cleaning the room to ensure that next party starts on time.

The guests have entire day till closing to enjoy and explore the park after the room time ends.

We do not have a maximum. All of our packages include 10 children and 10 accompanying adults. If your party grows to larger than 26 guests, an additional room may be required to accommodate your guests, additional fees may apply. Please contact our friendly party specialists by calling 347-640-1126 to assist you with the booking process.

Yes, the birthday child is included in the 10 kids. Our packages include ONE FREE ADULT admission for every paid child. You can BOOK A PARTY any time on our website and customize your party to meet your needs and budget.

Pizza's have approximately 8-10 slices each. If you are approximating 2 slices per person, one pizza should feed 4 to 5 people. For all party packages, the pizza orders must be placed by 12pm the Friday prior to your party. Apart from a Birthday cake or cupcakes, we do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers. Our Honey Café offers a wide selection of food, snacks, beverages, and desserts.

We encourage that you place your pizza order at the time of initial booking. Both our online booking system and our call center will allow you to do this. Any required additions need to be finalized by 12pm the Friday prior to your party. We will contact you 3-5 days before your party to confirm your guest count and to confirm the food add-on's. We update your party with whatever you need and email you back a confirmation reflecting the changes.

Yes, of course, a baked dessert item is fine! Just as long as there is no ice cream or ice cream cake. We will start setting up your Party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you arrive any earlier, your room may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours. Unfortunately we do not have a way to hold your cake.

Our Honey Café offers a wide selection of food, snacks, beverages, and desserts. We will contact you a few days before your party to get your pizza order if you do not know it at the time of booking. For all our locations, all pizza orders must be placed by 12pm the Friday prior to your party. We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers; only your birthday cake, cupcakes are permitted with a booked party.

Billy Beez party packages include the Kids favorite Billy Beez themed decorations only.
For any guests who would like to bring your own themed decorations, plates and napkins, feel free to do so, however please note that self- decorations are only allowed during the contracted party room time.

Billy Beez cannot decorate the party room anytime outside of the contracted party room time at the customer request. There will be no extensions prior to and after the contracted party room time to make up for customer decorating.

Unfortunately we do not have a way to keep the ice cream from melting and we do not allow outside coolers. We do however offer Mini Melts* Ice Cream and other cold treats at the park.

Yes, party invitations are on our website underneath the birthday tab at the bottom of the page when you scroll down. We also email your digital invitations within 48 hours of your party booking.

Additional guests refers to any person joining and participating in your birthday party after the final payment has been completed during the host's check in process. Additional party guest tickets are available for purchase at the admission desk.

Due to the overwhelming popularity of our party packages, our spots are filling up quickly. We cannot pencil anyone in, however as soon as you are ready to book, you can go online and book your party any time by clicking the BOOK NOW link or call to speak with our friendly party specialists at 347-640-1126! A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

With every Billy Beez party package, the Birthday Star will receive a Billy Beez birthday t-shirt to make their day special. Our kids favorite Billy Beez branded t-shirts are available for purchase at the admission desk.

Yes.  The Free Ultimate Primary bounceback included in our Ultimate & Deluxe package can be used in any Billy Beez location in the US. The Ultimate Secondary bounceback offer for your guests are redeemable at the location where issued. The bounceback admissions will be loaded on to your Billy Beez account and can be retrieved by the name and phone number provided to us at registration. 

Birthday Parties: a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a birthday party. Once you have booked your party reservation the deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice will be accommodated with a date and time adjustment. If you are not sure of rescheduling date, we will hold the deposit for one year from original date of party. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will forfeit the full deposit. 

Weather: If acts of God or Weather cause the facility to close, your party will be re-scheduled. No refunds will be given due to weather or acts of God.

Infants between the ages of 0-11 months old are FREE and do not count as paid guests as long as they are accompanying a paid child.

Children Ages 1-17 can enjoy our park with an accompanying adult. Our equipment is designed for various ages and should be used based on ability level. Attractions vary by location.

Billy Beez socks are included in all our birthday party packages for the child guests. For all playing adults, Billy Beez socks can be purchased for $3.19 at our admission counter.

• Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to contracted event start time to complete check-in.
• Adult chaperones must help with distributing and applying wristbands to participating children to expedite check-in.
• All participants (children and adults) must wear a valid wristband on their wrist or ankle throughout the event.

• Billy Beez requires one Filed Trip provided Counselor for every 6 children and one for every 4 toddlers on field trips.
• Counselors are provided at no cost, as stipulated.
• All Billy Beez Field Trips require minimum 1 Senior Counselor / Adult (over the age of 18) as part of the required number of accompanying Counselors. No individual below the age of 16 will be considered as a Counselor.
• Counselors must familiarize themselves with posted safety signs upon arrival and actively monitor all participants to ensure safety rules are followed.
• Counselors are responsible for supervising children throughout the field trip and must remain on-site for the entire duration.
• It is the responsibility of Counselors to understand the activities their children are participating in and ensure these activities are within the children’s capabilities.
• Billy Beez does not assess the physical or mental abilities of guests. Therefore, Counselors must stay close enough to ensure children’s safe play and prevent potential injuries.

• Event pricing and Private Room time is calculated on the basis of 3 hour events. In the event of an expected longer Field Trip exceeding 3 hours, additional charges may apply.
• Private room reservation is required for all Field Trips exceeding 80 participants
